High Demand Meets Limited Supply

The luxury real estate market in Portugal is resisting the global context of uncertainty and volatility and continues to record an increase in demand. 

The demand for housing in Portugal maintained its growth trend in 2024, with a growth of 14.5% in terms of the number of transactions, compared to 2023, according to data from Engel & Völkers.
